Siya Prive handles buyer, investor, developer and owner conversations with privacy. This policy explains how enquiry information is used when someone asks for a private shortlist.

Information Collected

We may collect your name, phone number, city, time zone, budget, preferred location, property purpose, timeline, asset interest and any details you share through WhatsApp or direct communication.

We also collect basic visit analytics such as page views, button clicks, property views, video plays, session duration, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, browser/device information and network location from hosting headers where available.

For a campaign linked opportunity, first party analytics may also record active time on decision sections and a transparent intent tier. Time alone does not mark someone as a serious buyer. The tier also requires opportunity specific actions and remains a soft marketing signal until the buyer team records a real outcome.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, check fit, share relevant property notes, coordinate site visits, discuss premium opportunities and maintain relationship context.

Analytics are used to understand which properties, visuals and enquiry paths are useful. Siya Prive also records first-party website analytics such as traffic, pages, clicks, property views, video plays and enquiry intent. Website traffic and page analytics may also be collected through Vercel Web Analytics. Meta Pixel loads only after a visitor chooses Allow Meta. Eligible campaign events may then be sent to Meta for measurement and remarketing according to Meta's platform policies. Choosing Only first party keeps the opportunity journey inside Siya Prive and its governed Kingdom learning system.

Your Buyer Profile

When you create a buyer profile, we save your requirements to personalise the opportunities shown in your private room. If you opt in, we show notifications there when newly added opportunities match those requirements. You can change your requirements and this preference from My profile. Contact Siya to correct your phone number or request deletion.

An essential, time-limited session cookie keeps you logged in. Your access PIN is kept as a protected hash on the server. Creating a profile does not verify ownership of your phone number or give permission for WhatsApp marketing.

Choices and Control

The Privacy choices control can be reopened from the website. A visitor can allow Meta or switch back to first party measurement at any time. A consent choice never converts website behaviour into proof of buyer quality, a site visit or a sale.

Sharing

We do not publish private buyer, owner or seller details. Information may be shared with relevant builders, owners, channel partners, legal or finance professionals only when it is required for the requested property conversation.

Media and Testimonials

Testimonials, names, private references and transaction details are used publicly only after permission.
